I was planning this review for a long time, but after today's performance, I am convinced that such things should be aired. The opinion concerns only the motorcycle service. I have not had any contact with cycling so I cannot comment. But one by one ... I bought a motorcycle on June 10. Picked up at around 5pm. Until I got home and picked up the car from the store, it was after the store's working hours. After riding a motorcycle - beating and vibrations on the steering wheel. June 11, Corpus Christi. June 12 at 9:00 a complaint (an additional icing on the cake was the fact that the motorcycle left the so-called "zero check" with the rear wheel positioned crookedly. !!! Apparently there was a beating on the tire, that's what the mechanic in Andzik said. Information from the distributor from Warsaw - no beating - complaint not recognized. I lost a month of time ... but ok. It happens. From July 7 to July 23 I made my motorcycle ok 1000 km, so on July 24, inspection.And now the service's approach to the inspection for which you pay PLN 240: it should be done - oil change - valve clearance adjustment - and a few other things. What was done? There was no valve adjustment (though like an ox in the service book) written that it is necessary), a guy from the store staff said that they do not make this adjustment because why at 1000? They only measure compression ... they only twist the candle and measure ..... and now the nail of the program - the candle pipe was not even touched by service Learned With my experience, I marked the position with a pencil of both the pipe and the bolts from the valve cover. They did not see the key / hand. So what do you pay PLN 240 for? For oil change ..... for oil change on a cold engine because new oil after flooding and driving 30 km should not be pitch black again ??? But I may be wrong.. The only positive accent of this place is "The Lady Behind the Counter". Only she is still holding it and collecting pseudo service from upset customers. I have no objections to the functioning of the store itself. The lady will give you advice, advise and is very nice. However, when it comes to the service: do not delude yourself into a serious approach to the customer. Do not be under the illusion that if you are paying, whatever the motorbikes are doing. One big one I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!!

I RECOMMEND ... TO WALK A WIDE BOW !!! ...... but from the beginning. I personally submitted a new bike bought online but I had a problem with the adjustment of the brakes and derailleurs. I reported the problem to the ANDZIK website and of course I was offered a "small bike review" (PLN 45 according to the price list). I left the bike and after about an hour I received a phone call about the service of course with a positive effect. By phone I asked to inflate the wheels. When receiving the bike, I was informed that everything was done and there were gites :) :) price ??? --- >> 60 PLN .. that is not 45; /; / surprise .... but ok I paid. I take the bike out of the service door, look at the wheels without inflating it and then think about trying the brakes - first pressing the brake handles and please surprise - the jaws do not bounce after pressing. I come back and mention the situation, to which the "Mr. Specialist" with a pony says that these are "Chinese" jaws, there is nothing to demand from them because they are broken and it is best to replace them with new ones ... I immediately picked up the bike knowing that regulation is made for what I paid 60 PLN and I did not even hear a word or a stutter from a service technician or a woman at the checkout that something is wrong ...... but since the brakes are still not functional, for what 60 PLN ... so Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, that the derailleurs have been adjusted (price list: PLN 20) and as the "Pan with a pony" stated, the basket was badly attached and the links were tangled :) :) ... ... I received a complaint from the manufacturer new sets of jaws, and that I was not sure of the diagnosis from Andzik and the service itself so I went to another point (ul. Zielonogórska, Ultralight service) and what my surprise ...... ???:; /; /; old brakes adjusted in 10 minutes cost PLN 20 .... no damage was found, they were 100% functional but of course I was informed that with this type of brakes it can be a bit of fun adjusting. And so much in the subject ... the conclusions come to themselves. Please think several times before using the services of ANDZIK .... Regards

I left the motorbike on Thursday around 5pm, on Friday morning around 9am was ready, everything changed, oil, chain a few other repairs, the bike was waiting for me clean and I returned it in the mud :)

I honestly do not recommend this bike service. Some time ago I left my bike repaired and it was "repaired" quickly. As it turned out, nothing of what I reported for repair was done, so I left it on the site. After delivery, it turned out that the wheel was still rubbing against other parts of the bike, and the brakes, despite the service being provided that they had been replaced with new ones, turned out to be old. I definitely recommend avoiding this place!
