I recommend buying a bike in this store and relying on Mr. Jacek's help, but unfortunately the service leaves a lot to be desired. A week after picking up the bike from the site, the problem returned, I didn't feel like listening to the comments of these people, so I went with the bike to another place. There the problem was fixed immediately (and no money was taken from me) and I was told that I was stretched over the costs and the comment you said proves that you don't know bikes very much. So, summing up, I have mixed feelings, I will definitely not use the website again.
