My patience has its limits. You have managed to go significantly beyond them.
I placed the order on November 4. It was paid for immediately - which was confirmed by e-mail. I chose the self-collection option to gain time. I was supposed to wait for an e-mail confirming the possibility of receipt.
A week has passed. No contact from your website. He is contacted via the form. Your employee with a great cane informs you that I will cut the order if I pay for it .....
I call the hotline, give the order number ..... I hear that it is paid after all .... "simple mistake ...." ok. What next? "Please keep waiting! How will we let you know .... And when? Well, HOW WILL IT BE!"
I'm sorry, but I have not come across such a disrespectful and frivolous approach to the client for a long time.
I am embarrassed and disgusted. Certainly, I will not order anything from you and I will not recommend you to anyone.
I demanded the cancellation of the order and a refund ..... I am sincerely worried that I will get them back, looking at how you operate .....

Despite negative opinions, I placed an order and took a risk. The shipment was probably delayed by 2 days, but it was worth it. I am satisfied with the goods that I ordered, I have no objections. :) I believe that the opinions are unfair because of the longer waiting time. Most importantly, no one has deceived anyone, the goods are correct. The patient will be rewarded :)
