We were the first time, the staff was really helpful, the gym was large, a nice view from the cardio equipment on the road
I have been going for 3 years and I like this gym for enough space, professional equipment and a wide range of exercise possibilities.
I have been going to the Calypso club in Bialystok for about two years with short breaks. To this day, I could not complain about the service or the condition of the cloakroom, despite the fact that they leave a lot to be desired (which also results from many comments on this topic). Today I came to the club to ask politely about the shoes I left after the last training in the locker room and if I can still find them here. After searching the cloakroom and the place of things found, there were no shoes, but this is not the reason for my opinion. The ladies at the reception responded to my question about shoes with laughter, mocking me that I came to look for shoes, in particular that it is in my responsibility that I left them here. It is not competent behavior in this position to make fun of the customer, because he came to find something that belonged to him. That's definitely not what you should do with a client. I do not recommend.
