A small, but cozy and very professional Yoga Studio. Great location, easy access. Everyone will find something for themselves. It's an amazing experience when you meet people who have gained not only a flexible and healthier body thanks to yoga, but also become more beautiful inside. I RECOMMEND with all my heart!
I recommend classes with Dana - great knowledge combined with the ability to communicate it, which is not a frequent phenomenon. Iyengar yoga legacy, can infect it with something more important than Dana explains to the pain 😊😊😊😊😊😊😊 principles correct! performance of asanas and their health indications and contraindications. I really recommend it
