Mr. and Mrs. Fit tempted me with the location that is close to my place of residence and the fact that the gym is open 24/7. But apart from that, it's hard to find any pluses. The service at this gym is the worst I have experienced in many years at various facilities. The girls at the front desk don't have a basic understanding of the supplements they SELL, but the worst thing is the manager who is notoriously cheating and spinning. During the pandemic, tickets were to be frozen automatically and free of charge, later it turned out that there was a need to pay PLN 20. Not only that, get any confirmation from them that the suspension is taking place and that the money has been received is almost a miracle. The respected manager yells at the clients and tries to convince them that we are wrong and that we are covered by the amount of responsibilities. Additionally, in the changing room, and especially in the men's toilet, it smells of damp, there is a lot of dust and sometimes it is nauseating from the lack of good ventilation. The air conditioning was often turned off during the summer period - it was unnecessary to exercise in such conditions and I preferred to do outdoor training. The technical condition of parts of the equipment, which are either out of order or clearly out of maintenance for a long time, also leaves a lot to be desired. I do not recommend this gym to anyone and I will never buy a subscription there again.

The advantage is 24/7 operation and intimate service. While I cannot object to the people working at the reception (always nice and helpful), the higher level of work is a failure. Freezing and arbitrary defrosting of the pass during a pandemic (NO INFORMATION FOR THE CUSTOMER - at least I had no information). Later, there was also no information about the possibility of freezing the subscription - there was no time for it, but the telephone was immediately delayed with payment. Additionally, threatening with debt collection, because "times are hard". Unfortunately, you cannot order payment by bank transfer, which would be more convenient. Until the moment of the pandemic I have good memories of the gym, unfortunately later only disgust remained.
