VERY BAD SERVICE
The store is a franchise establishment that is determined by the regulations itself. The service ladies are unprofessional, they choose too large bracelets. According to the website, I should have chosen a size 17, ladies chose 18, even though I said that I am not going to wear a lot of charms and prefer tight bracelets. After returning home and reading about the sizes on the website, I wanted to replace the size with a smaller one. Unfortunately, it was not possible, because the receipt indicated that the goods from the promotion cannot be exchanged or returned. On the spot in the store, no one informed me about it, and the lady who served me threw the receipt straight into her shopping bag. I do not recommend the store.
I have been shopping for several years and have a really big collection. All thanks to the great service that will always help you with your choice. My husband also says that he likes to buy a gift for me there, because he knows that he will always be hit
