I gave two rings for reduction and engraving, I asked that my ring had the same size as the engagement ring, after which it was badly measured by the salon staff (it was size 11.5 and was measured as 10). The men's wedding ring was also made too small, and we asked the lady who works there for professional advice on the correct size. When we barely put the rings on the finger, we got information that the rings were supposed to go on the finger with resistance, and when wearing the finger in this place it would get narrower .... It cost us 180 zlotys and widening the rings at another jeweler.
