I had booked 4 stays of 2 days in this apartment, a few days before the first stay, I received an SMS with the cancellation of the booking, after asking about the remaining stays, I was assured that everything was ok. Unfortunately, the situation repeated itself before the next stay. A complete lack of professionalism, reservations canceled at the last minute, leaving me in the cold and exposing me to higher costs associated with finding a last minute accommodation. Everything takes place outside the Booking website, where it is still possible to book accommodation. I DO NOT RECOMMEND, NO RESPECT AND MAKING JOKES WITH THE CUSTOMER. Text messages added in photos.
