We were supposed to arrive in the apartment on the 14th of March, but on 13th evening we learned that Poland decided to close its boards. So, of course, we couldn’t get there. I wrote to the apartment’s owner, describe the situation and asked for giving back the money because it wasn’t our fault. (Airbnb and some airlines companies are giving back the money if the reason of absence is quarantine!) Previously he had always answered very quickly but after this situation he DID NOT answer at all!! Even after my third message!Nothing. Silence. I think it’s unacceptable behavior in this kind of situation.
