Worst taxy in town. We ordered taxy, dispatcher said 5minutes. We waited 30 minutes and this is when we got a message in polish. we managed to translate it and they asked for the address again LOL. after we responded they sent another polish message. THE TAXY NEVER ARRIVED.

The service was terrible, the driver I got was rude and his driving was very concerning. Will not be using this service again

I have been using Cooltura Taxi services several times a week for two years, I was always satisfied and recommended it to my friends. Recently, however, I have the dubious pleasure of being served by a lady who answered calls, who for the third (!) Time made a fuss over the phone, which is unacceptable. The lady has a problem not only with transmitting information to the driver, but also raises her voice to the customer, is rude and, horrifyingly, instead of getting along, she throws the phone. I understand that our times are stressful, but not only is it hard, a bit of culture! Because you contradict the name of the company. I have lost my patience, I am sorry to give up your services.
