While previously I was quite skeptical about this type of service, I must admit that the cooperation with the 4 Rooms Real Estate Agency was a "bull's eye". A really positive surprise. The agent not only found an apartment that meets my expectations, but also took care of all official formalities, and most importantly and unusual - my apartment has been repainted - at no extra charge. I am very pleased with this cooperation. It's nice that in our city someone finally thought about the needs of customers.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM AND A LIE AT EVERY OCCASION !!! BUYING AN APARTMENT IS NOT 5 PLN, SO BE CAREFUL !!!!
I recommend the company 4 rooms Nieruchomości. The office staff is extremely competent, friendly and honest. They patiently listen to the client's needs and tirelessly search for newer and newer proposals. They devote exactly as much time to the client as needed, and what is important - they do not color them. After contacts with several other real estate agencies, I can confidently say that 4 rooms Biuro Nieruchomości is a reliable, competent and worth recommending company.
