The secretariat in Białystok is a dark joke. They don't reply to messages for days. They talk nonsense over the phone, despite their detailed explanation of the topic. They cause the involvement of many people in the case, and it turns out that they simply did not listen to the client and talked stupid things.
I advise against any contact with this company. This is ridiculous.
They have not responded to reporting the problem to the address [email protected] since last week.
I had attendance above 50% and everything counted from what the teacher told me. AND HOWEVER I MISS IT
Hopeless service, a duplicate school-leaving certificate can not be solved even after payment! Only after five days the ladies in the secretary's office know that they can not put him out because the name of the school has changed by ONE word and at the last moment they refer to the Board of Education. And all this despite the fact that the matter was very urgent.
It was enough to read the name of the school on the first day!
Nice atmosphere, competent lecturers.
I recommend it and remember it fondly!
Great school. Competent teachers able to communicate knowledge in an interesting and reliable way. Qualifying exams are not a problem. I definitely recommend it.
