The building was built in 1910-1912. It is an eclectic palace with a characteristic rotunda in the corner. Inside, the original, Art Nouveau polychrome is preserved. Behind the palace there were three outbuildings (one has survived) and a decorative garden (only a few trees remained after it). Currently, the Military Command of Supplements in Bialystok is located here. Nowika Palace is one of the open points in June 2008 of the Jewish Heritage Trail in Białystok prepared by a group of doctoral students and students of the University of Bialystok - volunteers of the Foundation in Białystok. It is also a point; The Esperanto and Multi-Culture Trail, the Jewish Heritage Trail and the Białystok Fabrykantów Trail.

Art Nouveau building built by Chanon-Hersz Nowik and his wife Sarah. It comes from 1910-12. It is an asymmetrical building with a corner turret. The façade above and between the windows is decorated with floral ornaments. Forged bars, balustrades and fencing are also characteristic.

Now, under renovation, uncovered, covered walls ... I don't know why this is a military area ...?
