I don't know where you got so many stars from. This is my worst hotel experience ever. The rooms are stinky and not clean. In the hall smells like in a slaughterhouse. I did not agree to such accommodation, so a phone call was made to the owner who complained that nothing could be done. After about 30 minutes he changed his mind ... but it was possible. On the afternoon of the second day, at the entrance to the hotel, I was greeted by neighbors from the northern border with cheap beer and bacon in their hands. It is a pity that you cannot add photos because there is really something to watch. This place should be closed, so I will notify the Department of Health in the near future.

The worst "hotel" I've been to. Anyway, the word hotel is quite an abuse in this case because often in hostels it is much better. Very busy place, poor contact with staff, poorly cleaned, stinks from bathrooms, even the TV remote controls did not work. I do not recommend breakfasts included in the price. I don't know where the positive opinions about this "hotel" come from, they have to be written by employees or friends.

At the Warmia Spa Hotel in Braniewo, I spent my holidays with my family from 19/07 to 26/07. 2020 I have very nice memories of the time spent in this hotel, despite the prevailing pandemic restrictions. Hotel clean, well-kept, friendly service, great hotel owner - he was happy to help and advise. Delicious food. We felt at home. The hotel is a great base for trips to Frombork, Krynica Morska, Lidzbark Warmiński, Elbląg and the Tri-City. I recommend this hotel.

Clean rooms, the pool too - unfortunately the kitchen is average and the smell of chlorine is everywhere. Vacation stay 2019 and never again. As you can see from the answers, the same approach to the guest on the spot.
