Braniewska aikido section, trainer Bogdan Gołębiewski - motto live without stress train aikido. A very positive man who took the best from aikido and communicates it to people who want to learn it, has been conducting a section in Braniewo for over 20 years. People of all ages exercise, from children to people over sixty. Classes are conducted on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 17:15 to 19:00

I liked it very much, women can also exercise, it doesn't matter if someone is big or small the techniques that the trainer teaches work on everyone, I recommend.
