The architect's house was designed and built for himself in 1906 by Władysław Wołłodko, who worked in this profession. The building had luxuries that were rare for those times: sewerage, water supply, central heating, elevator, as well as gravity air conditioning. It was surrounded by an ornate garden. Until the Second World War, it changed hands twice. After the war, the building was used for living quarters. After the tenement houses "Kijowski" and "Pod Wieszczami" at ul. Narutowicza, and the building of the old court at ul. Brzeska, perhaps the most interesting building in the city in terms of art. The house is entered in the register of monuments of the Lublin Province, but if no decisive renovation measures are taken, it will share the fate of many buildings in Biała, leaving only an investment plot.
