Hotel SPA Srebrny Dzwon Kadyny

We spent 4 nights at this hotel. It is situated in a quiet area. Unfortunately, the village surrounding it is not friendly, a lot of local people sitting on the street, drinking alcohol. Local dogs walking in the village without any supervision!! We are always travelling with our little dog which was attacked by a big local dog - scary situation so keep an eye on your dogs & small children. The hotel is in beautiful, old building but needs some maintenance (wallpaper coming off the wall in the restaurant, damaged sunbeds in the garden, smelly, old mattresses on the sunbeds, old, rough towels). A lot of staff is grumpy and is lacking the knowledge about basic information. The breakfast was nice - a lot of different types of ham to choose from, scrambled eggs, sausages, yoghurts. The coffee machine was broken all the time, we managed to have coffee only the second day of our stay. My son had raspberry tea the first day and second day we were told there is only black tea left and there was no more fruit tea for the rest of our stay. The hotel bar was a joke!! No coffee, no cider, no beer with juice. This is unacceptable for this size of the hotel. The room was OK, nice&clean. We had problem with tv as in the evening most of the channels were disappearing, not sure why. Swimming pool and saunas are great bonus and they look nice and modern. Generally it is really beautiful place but needs some TLC and maybe train their staff bit better.

Hello, today I finished my stay at the hotel, it was short for only one night, but intense. At the beginning, the lady at the reception, friendly, smiling, gave exhaustive information, the chef prepared ysznego zander for dinner. Massage something wonderful and a swimming pool where I was alone only mine. What more could you want. The room is clean. Beautiful garden, I think it will be wonderful there in summer. I recommend and wish the owners good luck. Thank you.

The food is delicious - the boletus cream is brilliant, the duck is delicious, we also ate very good shrimp and fish. The rooms are nice, clean, stylishly decorated. Some have heated floors. "In stock", a few nice cats that make love and come into the rooms when invited - that's a plus for me :) Nice pool, three saunas to choose from, jacuzzi. The spa area is also accessible to outsiders at an affordable price. Massages, a large selection of treatments, careful approach to the client. The entire facility is beautifully decorated and located on the lagoon. Prices are not the lowest, of course, but it's really worth it.

A very charming place, perfect for a break from everyday duties and recharging the battery :) There is everything you need, a beautiful swimming pool and saunas, exceptionally delicious food in an atmospheric restaurant and a well-kept garden. You can come with a pooch who will have a lot of space to run. A large selection of SPA treatments where everyone will find something for themselves! An additional plus is the staff who make every effort to make guests feel special. Kudos to the manager !! We will definitely come back to the hotel! I would highly recommend!

Nothing is good, I was 3 days and each time the same breakfasts, but in a smaller amount of assortment, i.e. the same for 3 days, I understand the crisis but without exaggeration, you can buy ham and cheese in a local store
