Nice service, but coal does not know what it is selling, what's more, BOK play also has no idea how their services are performed. I took a subscription, internet and internet TV from Play. I am not satisfied with any of the services ... The coverage in Play was poor. Unlimited internet only in name, no internet every day at 8:30 pm, no one knows why. The tv package does not last until the end of the month, so always at the end of the month the TV has 240p quality as far as is concerned. I had to buy a dvbt antenna despite the fact that the basic channels were to receive without an antenna. No recording option on these channels, I am offered to buy an external disk, so additional costs. The decoder often hangs up, when you start it in the morning, it lpg everything from 7 minutes. And finally, the biggest failure of Play and all the celebrities who advertise it ... In the play24 application they offer 100GB of internet service for free, but you only run it for free and then charge PLN 25 for it every month. I have a subscription phone, so unlimited calls and text messages, but when I call BOK Play, I pay extra for it, as if someone has read up to this point and has not realized what I mean, I do not recommend the company and services in PLAY. Mr. Solorz next year I come back to you, prepare promotions for the holidays.
