I can see that my opinion does not differ from the average. Less than 1 star oiliness and incompetence. Friday, at 13, empty room - the gentleman behind the desk sits sprawled in an armchair and clicks bored. He looks at me surprised as if I was asking for a sausage. When I approach and present the matter to a simple question, he disarmingly replies: "I have no idea." I understand that he may not know because it's not his department, but it's probably not the standard of service. You hurried to help you - you answered my question with 100% certainty. As it turns out to be 100% wrong. Dear Madam, I would like to inform you that a currency transfer in Forint from a PLN account to an account in a Hungarian bank does not cost PLN 9.99 but much more: PLN 30 for a transfer + PLN 22 for a SWIFT message + PLN 20 additional fee for meeting the requirements of the Act. There has been no change in fee rates in recent months for this type of transfer - as you assured me. The gentleman who served me a few years ago worked in the branch in Grajewo and I remember that he presented an equally Olewacki service. Then and now I felt like an intruder. Bravo Pekao SA - just like that ...

The bank's employees are either poorly mannered or their IQ is very low. I am unable to check the latter. Now a short adventure: Me: Hello. I would like a certificate of closing the debit card. Lady in the window: It's not in our bank. (Looking at what I have in my hand. I had two debit cards and one from the competition.) Of course, I was referred to the facility from the hotline. The lady from the facility did not help and ordered to call the hotline. Pekao shows once again that it is a bank made of cardboard and plywood.

I wish I could give less than one star. The lady at the counter is NOT nice, sprayed and offended that she must even handle such "morons". This was exactly the way she talked to me. In addition, and worst of all, NOT COMPETENT. I ADVISE TO AVOID THIS FACILITY FAR AWAY.
