Embarrassing level of customer service at registration. You pick up without giving your name or the place where you got to. When I asked for my name, I heard the answer that he didn't have to give me anything. In addition, the lady at registration misled me when it came to the appointment. I wanted the date as soon as possible. I was supposed to make an appointment the same week I called. Only on the day of the visit it turned out that it was a visit in a month. Of course, the information came out when I called to confirm the visit. I wanted to explain this to the superiors of the registration woman. However, I heard again that she did not have to tell me anything. Unfortunately, dear owners, but this is how customers are lost. I was pleased with the doctors there who, however, the brazen and incompetent approach of the registration lady did not encourage further visits.
