Good place hen! The pump is on, the bajceps is growing! You only have to take protein, plenty of protein, and remember about protein. Trenejro says: protein protein protein! More protein = more protein! Holy words of my trainer! I recommend 5/5 because there is no more

Very nice gym, great people, of course, conditions not like in large and well-known gyms, but the color of the walls will not affect the effectiveness of training. I have no objections to the machines. The possibility of training on weights, several treadmills, bicycles, a lot of different machines for almost every part of the body. Unfortunately, the downside is the lack of wi-fi and in some parts of the gym you do not even have access to range (internet), because the gym is in the "basement". And the price is quite low compared to the competition.

Definitely no. 1 in Elk! Professionals successful in many disciplines. I recommend beginner and advanced!
