The hotel is cold and in some rooms there is no WiFi. In some rooms there is only 1 power socket. Floors are also cold and it is impossible to take a hot shower, as water is just barely warm. It is a little bit far from the city, but it is not a big problem (you can reach the city center in 20 min). And this hotel is clean, which is good. Unfortunately, only 3 stars for now

Is the hotel and the area in front of the hotel equipped with monitoring? The hotel looks nice but the issue of monitoring is important to me.

She deserved five for her whole life. The building as a whole well-kept, clean rooms, towel available, hot radiators, hot water on a regular basis. The possibility of using a fridge, microwave, kettle, for use coffee, tea, dishes, etc. For smokers a large terrace on the floor. The service reacts reliably to any comments. Kindest manager ;-) Not a small price, that's why such a positive opinion.

Very QUIET place, prices adequate to the standard. Rooms very clean, simply furnished, but tidy. Kitchen, coffee and tea available for the price of the room. The whole hotel is located in a very quiet area, 15 min walk to the center of Ełk, surrounded by the lake and the beautiful Ełk promenade. In the "Zacisze" Hotel you can relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and everything is looked after by a friendly staff who will gladly advise WHAT and WHERE to find in Ełk. I recommend it to anyone who likes simplicity in relaxation and values peace and quiet.
