The pharmacy does not accept complaints about the purchased goods. I bought a blood pressure monitor that was highly recommended by the seller. At home it turned out to be faulty and not working. I go back to the pharmacy, the lady yells at me that she doesn't know the equipment. He sends me back to the complaint via the hotline, stating that the pharmacy does not accept the complaint (despite the fact that the purchase was made the day before) How can you not check the equipment from the supplier and sell non-working customers (you say that you do not have time for this) who are left alone with the problem. Money spent, no equipment, costs of calling the hotline, adapting to the courier who is to take the equipment for repair Super !!! Customer approach A revelation !!!!

Always reliable, friendly and professional service. They also always have drugs and appropriate resources in place. Everything is always clean, the employees are competent and ready to help. You can see that someone is making great efforts to ensure that this place really serves patients and is adapted to them. Therefore, I have nothing else to do but recommend the pharmacy and highly recommend it. You will not find a better place on the map of pharmacies in Ełk. Keep it up!!!

A pharmacy worth recommending. You will find everything you need there. A large selection of products and drugs. Nice and competent service. He is happy to help, advise and, most importantly, help you make a choice. Always fast and efficient. The staff is always smiling and nice, especially Mrs. Basia - a nice person. You can see that someone is managing them well. I would highly recommend!
