I would like to share with you, unfortunately, unpleasant experiences from this shop, it is mainly about the meat stand in Topaz in Ełk. I do not want to generalize because the rest of the shop assistants are fine. On the other hand, there is one tall, freckled tall lady who is very slow, gets into unnecessary discussions with clients and scares them with a call for security. The lady has no idea what work in trade is. She moves slowly with very long queues. She does not understand the client's requests, she asks several times what to give. With a simple explanation for this lady what I mean and she started to start unnecessary discussion with me. When I asked why she was discussing and whether I would be served, she announced that she would call security. This lady always has time to talk, disregard the client and very irritating with its behavior.I was standing in line for over 20 minutes. A tragedy. Who hires such a person to trade. And to work with people. It is unthinkable. I will feel sorry for the rest of the service and customers in this store.
