Salon Meblowy Kris BRW

My opinion is extremely negative. I ordered a bookcase, which I waited for 2 weeks, despite the alleged supply in the warehouse. The order was implemented by the brw point on ul. Wrocławska in Dzierzoniów. Furniture was delivered. That same day my husband and I opened the lid and immediately caught my eye in the crack. We only cut the tape without getting the rest. I reached for the phone and called the store. I demanded categorically take this shelf and replace it with a new one. I was refused strongly, because of convenience it is better for them to consider it as a complaint and replace the damaged item. In the name of what? I didn't use the shelf, I didn't even unpack it. I opened the lid, that's all! The complaint process was put on very badly because I was brazenly deprived of another choice that I deserved. They were sentenced to 3 weeks of waiting, so a total of 5 weeks. It's not my fault! That someone damaged the side wall during transport, but I am responsible for it and I'm injured. I called the hotline bypassing the point in Dzierzoniów. I learned that they were obliged to take the bookcase and replace it with a new one, but it is often easier to charge the customer incorrectly to replace the item. This is how I was treated, that I was rotting with a box in a small apartment, making sure that my children did not hurt themselves (which I also mentioned). Not only that, I asked for faster consideration of the complaint, I ASKED FOR MY PAYMENT FOR WHAT I PAYED IN advance! HUMILIATING! As a result, I got the item faster after 1.5 weeks, but ... The item was badly made though! Erased on the front with glue, which after removal with water left unsightly scratches and damage !!! Embarrassing to steer clear of the store. They do not take responsibility for such cases at all. Blaming me and dealing with the matter in a way that is best for them. For me it's a total disappointment and disappointment and I certainly don't recommend this store.

Poor quality furniture, I'm not satisfied

I have furnished a kitchen, a hall and two rooms in this store. I don't regret it. Nice shop, nice service and nice furniture. 3xF- :)

An ordinary living room upstairs. The service is nice and seems competent.

I am very pleased with the furniture, but the service did not really appeal to me. Ladies seem very nice, but they do not inform you about the prices of assembly. Installation of 15% of the furniture price ... cool, 250 cutting out the sink holes ... cool. And suddenly bringing to the apartment an additional cost, deposition of additional equipment costs but without connecting devices because Mr. the editor obviously has no powers. This is not the first kitchen I've ever done in BRW but the first time I was in Bielany, and I would recommend it there. Where in the order I had black and white how much I pay, not at the time of assembly ... where I got professional editors with permissions .... and not now, I have to look for an electrician who, of course, will charge my equipment for another fee.
