I was with my wife for four days at the end of August, breakfast, free parking and great surroundings - I recommend it

I was with my partner for 5 nights (in the middle of the stay I managed to extend it by one night, so it ended up being 6 nights) The room itself is cozy, nicely decorated, a huge plus for the possibility of smoking on the balcony. On the downside, no towels and no soap in the room. The upper lighting of the room and the mirror in the bathroom did not work, after informing the owner of the room, she changed the bulb, and nothing could be done with the mirror. The TV had interference many times and it was possible to watch 5 channels, but when there were none, there was plenty to choose from. The rooms are not soundproofed and we listened to our neighbors snoring more than once. The breakfasts were good, delicious salads and cottage cheese could be a bit more varied. There was a possibility to ask for a delicious cup of coffee for breakfast. Once, when we had to leave early, the Lady made us breakfast earlier than it should have been. The location of the object great when moving by car, peace and quiet. The lady owner was very nice, with knowledge in the area, she was always helpful, whatever we were interested in, and even gave a recipe for one of the salads It may not be perfect, but despite these disadvantages, the stay was definitely a good one. It's really worth it for the price. May the facility be more improved, even at the cost of the price. Best wishes ;)

We were with a group of friends for a week. Rooms quite large, quite comfortable beds, clean throughout the hotel. The breakfasts are plentiful, you can fill yourself up, but quite monotonous. When it comes to equipment, there are unfortunately some shortcomings here. The villa has a kitchen but serves only breakfast - in the summer season, apparently also other meals in the winter. There is no kitchenette where you could even make sandwiches to go to the mountains. There is a place on the first floor with a kettle and small tables, but that is not enough. The translation that the owner of the facility did not agree to make an annex to me as a client is not satisfactory and basically does not interest me, you are responsible for the place you manage. A kettle should be in every room. Towels are not supplied, which is incomprehensible to me at all. The lady owner explained it with the low price, which was not so low, it is better to raise the price by a few zlotys and give towels and put a kettle in each room. Not only that, there was no soap in the bathroom! I told the owner about it and the very nice lady said that the soap would be reported and ... we didn't get anything for a week. This is a bit of an exaggeration. Also, the request for pillows with artificial filling due to allergies, despite the initially sincere desire to help the owner, was not successful. Outside, on the terrace, a few tables where you can sit, but unfortunately only until dusk because there is no lighting! I must admit that the lady owner is a nice person, very nice and contact, but nothing comes of it. A hotel with potential, but you need to put a little more effort into serving guests, you cannot save on everything. At the end I got a bill - a VAT invoice which did not include the full amount for the rental ?! At the attention, the lady stated that you had to say when booking that you would like the bill because now you cannot take into account the amount of the advance payment because it was in another month ?? !! ?? !! It is very strange. I should get the bill for the whole thing, that's it. The place itself is very nice, it has a lot of potential, very close to Śnieżka and the Wang Temple, close to the swimming pools and to the center. I greet the lady owner and I wish you nothing but success, you just need to pay attention to the details and it will be great. Three stars a bit exaggerated but for encouragement :)

I do not recommend

I travel a lot and have not had a bad accommodation yet. Owners dramatically bad attitude, bedding from 30 years ago until I was wondering if to go after the sleeping bag, changed the price during the stay (we had a 4-person apartment but when the new one appeared, PLN 150 was added) and they did not want to issue the bill at the end. Food so-so with little choice for vegetarians and calculated coffee. Despite the proximity of the slopes, I really advise against this place.
