Service tragedy, exactly as described by the rest of dissatisfied customers. Necessary training in professional customer service because Lord, I do not know about this green idea, I do not know how it got to work. I waited 2.5 months for exchanging bracelets! Selling the customer, not taking the phone away, mistakes in the order. This is called professional service? I will not be able to visit the store again and advise others to save my nerves;)
Professional service at a high level. Ladies love what they do. You can see that they have a passion for PANDORA. I bought a bracelet for my wife, where the lady in a very professional manner was able to advise and help in choosing the jewelry from which the wife is delighted. We will definitely be back.
