Masterful service, a big plus for patience and smile. Perfect product.

Salon equipment and standard product availability. Unfortunately, a huge minus for the service! We came with my fiance to try on a bracelet of a different size than the one purchased 3 hours earlier. The saleswoman behaved in a highly unprofessional manner, measuring me with her eyes and pouting, quoting "used jewelry is probably not very replaceable". The situation with unpleasant service is repeated once again - maybe you should provide service at the level of the products you sell!
