Apart Galeria Cuprum Lublin The service was terrible. Saleswoman approached with great grace, of course after prior request ... three of them were busy talking about private topics, which I couldn't help but hear ... One of the ladies who came already had a "good morning" was not nice. It is surprising that in the salon you had as many as One Gold Ring in size 17 ... OK thank you. Goodbye. I do not recommend.

Very unpleasant and unprofessional service. I opened the store at 10, I came around 10:05 and the ladies threw me out of the store. I had to wait in front of the store to kindly let me in. When I wanted to buy a bracelet, I had to apply for help several times. There was another lady in the shop, older than me, and she immediately got help mainly because of the appearance (I was after training, dressed in sportswear). Also, this lady did not have to wait under the shop like a dog, and she came half a minute later ... To conclude, I do not recommend the living room because of the disastrous service that neglects customers.

Very nice service. Ladies behave as if they did not notice customers entering the store. Service does not respond to good morning and seeing the customer's embarrassment and a clear need for help in choosing and advice - they do not respond. In competitive stores you can get help right away and Ladies will gladly advise you. An appeal to the management - maybe it's worth replacing the staff for a more benevolent one.
