Making an appointment to leave the car at a specific time is a sham because there was another 8.00 person apart from me. I understand that during a pandemic, only one person serves clients, so arranging two people for the same time means that someone will have to change plans unexpectedly and, like me, be late for work. There was once a situation where the person taking the car to the service asked someone who had an appointment at a different, later hour and it was enough to ask for an SMS with information about the planned visit.
