I received a watch purchased from YES Zgorzelec as a gift. The person who gave it to me received a message from the lady working in the salon that it would be possible to shorten the bracelet if it was too big. Today I wanted to shorten the bracelet, but the lady said that my friend broke the shortening device and I can "go to the gentleman who makes the keys, he will shorten it". To my attention that I will have to pay extra for this service, the lady said: "We give such discounts on these watches that for this amount I will be able to shorten this watch several times". The excavator descends. I do not recommend

Waiting about 3 weeks for the right size of the ring when replacing it, first they forgot to order, when I called it turned out that they have a change of staff and a terrible mess, then I got a different size, I did not order. Upon receipt, the shop assistant stated the price of the ring quite loudly in the presence of the person who received the ring as a gift (although she was informed and aware of it). Inappropriate behavior and the lack of any substitute for professionalism. The saleswomen do not wear masks, and there is no plexiglass separating them from the customers.

Employee's approach to my complaint - no words! I dismiss earrings from which the eye dropped out. Repaired hopelessly which I noticed on delivery. Reply to the saleswoman: If you had bought diamond earrings, they would have been shiny and this is only cubic zirconia. I do not recommend.
