Service unpleasant, slow, serving one person for 30 minutes (until now I did not know that withdrawing cash from the account is such a difficult activity), commenting on the nose of customer requests - on the other hand, completely ignoring my requests to get to the heart of the matter. I have not encountered such a low quality of service for a long time. Drama. I do not recommend.

I highly do not recommend this bank, as if everything is free and they charge for every possible thing. Of course, they are always surprised and you have to come personally to recalamate. Very not professional customer service.
