Zero privacy when using the services, no staff reaction to the reported comments, when people waiting unnecessarily in the vestibule can read the data, although the GDPR applies. Frequent ATM failures, I do not recommend it.

I am quite rare in Bełchatów, but sometimes I use the services of a cash deposit machine at a branch of Bank Millenium. Unfortunately, it had been broken for a week and it was not visible that this situation would change quickly. That's why I used the cash register. Of course, the queue almost to the door, no ticket office works and the rest of the employees are ready for their tasks. Another issue is the inability to use the electronic form of ID card in the myob Citizen application. The bank boasts of the functionalities of the trusted profile and cannot be used in branches.

I do not recommend. Large queues, little space, generally little knowledge about the bank's products, hotline helpline ... And there they know very little ... I close my account.

I do not recommend! Especially Mrs. Magdalena Szala. He knows nothing of things ... She has misled her wife, we bear the consequences to this day ... Advisors below as a level man.

The worst bank I have ever dealt with. Incompetent service below any level. They mislead the client, they can't answer the simplest questions ... send them to a different outlet or helpline with a problem. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
