It's good that I am a coordinator in another industry because the manager of this store is abusive and in my opinion to be fired immediately.
I was buying a TV and something else. After bringing home, it turned out that the TV set is from the exhibition and, in addition, damaged, no instructions in the package. Of course, the staff did not inform me about this. On the next day, of course, I went to return the TV. There was no problem with the return, but they couldn't offer me something else, I had to pay extra for other equipment, lost another 2 hours.
They just opened after Covid so they should care, and here ... as usual. This store should be called "I'll be right there." I've been there 10 times and they always say the same thing. I was there on December 4, 20 after 5:00 pm to buy a computer monitor. from the service), "I do not serve customers" says "what are you doing?" I ask, "none of your business." Drama ... but the best is "be right up". To my question "do you service one yourself here?" He says "we are not six", "where are the rest?" I ask, "I don't have a GPS to track them down," she says. So he informs the management that I bought a monitor .... online at a competitor.
