And where is the grass? We have August, and the grass is still gone. The fountain was supposed to shine, and even the sun does not reflect the dirt. Someone took the money and left a city sell. Fortunately, at least some local cheers can sit at the tables, since a family with a pram or older residents will not be able to reach them.
