I definitely do not recommend the salon. First of all, I was enrolled in one lady, another was servicing me, which is already incompatible with what appears on the books. The somre / ombre service was made unprofessional, part of the hair looks like I had a 5 cm regrowth, and not gradually lightened hair. The hair looks good only combed on one side and I have arranged them so specially in the living room. With a closer look at the hair, it turned out that the transition from dark to light hair from one side of the head and back of the head looks like a huge regrowth, because the brightener apparently was badly scarred. If I just put my hair on the other side or get it into a ponytail, I look like I have not been at the hairdresser for half a year. When the next day I came to the living room, asking for corrections, the owner made a fuss to other clients, as I dare to wisely, because ombre is doing it and "I wanted so much from above". Well, I wanted dark from the top, but it was supposed to be a nice graded passage, not a boorishly bright hair with a 5 cm regrowth. The best thing is that when I came back for the second time, the owner first did not recognize me and looking at my hair, she asked herself if I made a regrowth, and later she argued with me that the ombre was well made. Niesety lady owner can not translate to me, that I am asking for equalizing the brightening from both sides, attacking me more and more aggressively. I have never met with such customer treatment. With a favor finally the owner said that they can make me strands on an unlit part of the hair, note: half of the head, but I will have to pay half of the price, or 140 zlotys. Therefore, I do not see here any concessions and attempts to compensate. Considering the fact that I paid PLN 300 for the first unsuccessful service, thanked you for your cooperation and left the salon. I would understand if I had to pay for the additional paint, but the second time I pay for a badly made service is unacceptable. Mrs. Jowito, I really did not expect that you could treat your clients like that, even though I quietly explained what I did not like and did not make any fuss, you were simply unprofessional and unpleasant. Repeating the client "I can not stand it" I do not know what to testify, unless you want to hit me. Therefore, I will never recommend this salon to anyone. High prices, services made really average, but the worst of all this is unfortunately brusque behavior towards the client who politely asks you to correct your hairstyle.
