I bought fuel. I asked for an invoice. The cashier made a mistake in entering the company details and instead of issuing a correction ... she asked if I could come for the invoice later. And I was just passing through. I heard from the person holding the position of the manager that currently (on the weekend) there is no manager at the station, and only he can issue a correction or return or generally any non-standard accounting documents. This is already sick. If the station owner or manager does not want to hand over the competences, he should be there. I heard that I could possibly receive a corrected invoice by post. Nervous, I filled out the documents (because it was me who had to fill in such an application, not the station employee), left ... After about 3 weeks, I called the station, because I did not receive any document. I asked how it was possible for me to remember such things. After another week, I received the invoice. More precisely, a Torn slip from the cash register pinned to the correcting invoice. It was really impossible to issue a correct invoice or a duplicate so that there was a document, and not some crumbling puzzles from two documents? Dear owners: if you do not trust employees so much that you are taking their competences, unfortunately you have to be there yourself, because issuing an invoice is obligatory. And certainly not the client has to remember about it for you. Terrible organization of work.
