Nice service and they had what I needed although it was nothing uncommon. No queue in the afternoon.

The assortment is wide and open for a long time, but these are the only pluses, the service is poor, my husband asked for some supplements for a grandmother who has a heart treatment, he was recommended a remedy with alcohol, as we read on the label, we wanted to return it on the same day, unfortunately it was refused because returns are not accepted . Another situation, I was ordering drugs that were supposed to cost PLN 50, and when I picked them up, it turned out that they cost PLN 75, there was also a big problem with the return, even though I realized before leaving the pharmacy.

A pharmacy that deceives the patient and the system! - you order medicines (in stock!) - you do not receive medicines but the pharmacy does not cancel the order but notes that the medicines have been picked up by the patient ?! - Super statistics - medicines for your friends? (they were in stock! when making the reservation) - honesty and decency - none - reported to the National Health Fund

The pharmacy is cheap, which in turn usually means long queues (because ladies can spend one drug for 10 minutes), but the service (except for the man with glasses) is on the level from "robot" to "do not disturb". Literally "after departure from checkout" they do not accept returns / exchange. I bought "Mama DHA" for my wife, when I left the pharmacy, I realized that I wanted the "Mama DHA Premium" product - which is more expensive - but the lady with glasses only showed me a piece of paper that "after leaving the cash register ..." and that I saw what I was taking.

The most expensive pharmacy in Konstantynów, I do not recommend, prices from space, more than 20% more than in other pharmacies, I'm not talking about websites anymore. A weak assortment often does not have anything
