The air-conditioning installation was made in April 2019. It turned out that the unit was damaged. Mentioned today for a new one. 3 stars for the date of removing the failure (more than 2 months from finding out that it is out of order) and promising deadlines for the owner to remove the failure, and later their failure to keep and the lack of contact and answer to the phones.
