A little professional approach to the customer. I came at 15.00. The lady running this point was busy talking with a friend who visited her, they talked about matters not related to the services offered by this point. I waited for nearly 15 minutes. I tried to get attention. Unfortunately in vain. After 15 minutes I went inside and asked if I would do anything else today ... You said that two more minutes, I replied that I was waiting 15 ... I did not hear the usual sorry. If that were the case, I would not have issued such an opinion.

Unpleasant service. The lady did not want to replace the broken decoder, but what I was going through wanted to fix it. After a while, I went to another NC + point, where there were no problems with the exchange. I advise against using this customer service point, it is better to go further, e.g. to the port of Lodz, where every problem will be solved immediately.
