The event on the last Saturday of the carnival on 10/02/2018 has provided me and my friends with an interesting experience. I was in this room a few times and the last one froze the blood in my veins. Literally!!! It was so cold in the room that it could not stand it. I suspect the temperature is 15 degrees. I did not have a thermometer, but who goes with it to parties. After two hours of sitting in jackets and scarfs, we decided to leave the room. It was terribly cold. The organizers absolutely did not fulfill the contract and exposed us to great discomfort. In the dance hall there is a fireplace where people were heating, unfortunately very small. We tried to explain the situation, but none of the organizers wanted to talk to us. Only friendly service tried to ease the situation. I am amazed at the lack of professionalism in how we were treated. When we asked to pack food, for which we paid, we got the answer that it is not because there are no containers and that's it. Total embarrassment. I absolutely do not recommend this place, especially the winter season. Well, unless someone likes a cryochamber.
