I took advantage of the promotion for activating the account, I received PLN 50 to use until November 17, 2020. Today I took advantage of the promotion, I drove 10 km, after completing the car ride I received an amount of 16.50 to pay. It would not be surprising if at the same time that the funds from the promotional coupon were charged, they additionally charged my account in the same amount. On the hotline, the person could not answer why the company's policy is so aggressive and was so cunning, charging me with additional costs. To sum up, the ride cost me 33 PLN. At the moment, I do not recommend it, too many unknowns.

The app gives an incorrect estimated cost and is wrong 4 times - so you think it is cheap and in fact you pay 4 times more. Customer service confident that it is their mistake but they do not see the option of recom- mendations, on the contrary they publish and laugh at the problem on their social media channels.
