My favourite shop!!! Pets love it!!!
I have been shopping at this store for 8 years. Always friendly service, a very large selection of products and dog food. Unfortunately, today I was there for the last time. No one, literally not one of the employees of the store where many customers pass by daily or the warehouse where the purchased goods are collected, had a mask. Not under the nose, on the chin or elsewhere - no masks at all. To my attention, the gentleman replied that they were manual laborers and did not need to wear masks. I have never seen store staff sitting at the computers behind the counter work physically. There were a few other clients at the same time, all of us wearing face masks. I don't know if Zoozone's employees are flat earthen or coronaviruses, but I know for sure that they don't respect customers. My mask protects you, your mask protects me. In this case, only the clients protect Zoozone personnel. Thanks to people like you, the pandemic will not end soon, and I prefer to go to the store where the staff is socially aware.
I recommend to all pet owners :-) I was the first time and I will definitely come back to you. The staff was very nice and helpful, both in the shop and in the warehouse. With a smile and a sense of humor.
A sensational store with a wide range of products. Great prices and great service.
As for me, it is definitely one of the best pet stores, a wide range of products, low prices and friendly service :)
