The postman throws the advice notice in the mailbox and does not give registered mail to the hands or mailbox, there are people at home all year round who can receive. Every time the situation is the same even despite reporting complaints. Today was the last case and I am reporting this matter to a higher level. Not everyone has time to queue up to half an hour window.

The fact that the postman does not even try to call the intercom only every time throws the notice in the mailbox is already a norm, but writing out the notice with a week delay is a bit overkill ...
