Ladies working at the post office? Nice ... I think in a different world. Zero humanity. I had the only option to pick up a package during the unfortunate hours for seniors. Then the package would be lost. Asked for help, another solution, she called the minister and asked her to leave the post office. When asked about the authorization, she stated that she would not hand over the parcel anyway. After many battles, we finally managed to collect the package. But I have never met such annoying, arrogant and unpleasant people in my life. Shame! Poczta Polska, look who you employ!

Objections to the facility - they do not answer the phone; in our case, they did not issue a registered letter after 7 p.m., because "The system was already closed", where the post office works until 8 p.m. and referrals on the same day can be picked up between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. and a man works to 20 ... Besides, ladies, rather polite. The case of the postmen - one big mess! I have never received parcels, letters or parcels on time, rarely even had an Avizo in my mailbox! I was surprised by the eternal Second Aviza, where I did not see the first with my eyes. I have never seen the postman either. I have to ask myself every week for a subscription to books for my child (which is troublesome before pregnancy and now with a newborn), or I will not see her at all. At the post office, no one can solve this problem. And it has been going on for 2 years! There is also a problem with PP couriers, and the facility also does not take responsibility for itself, and the courier manager is not able to control them and call them to order! The courier from Retkinia / Polesia does not deliver parcels, does not pick up the phone, in the system it at its own discretion indicates that the parcel has been delivered. And if it wasn't for the tracking option, there would be no parcels at all.

Two stars only because of the lovable ladies working at the windows (at least I have not yet encountered bad service through them). However, as for postmen - it is even difficult to comment. Yesterday the pre-trial letter (with a clear stamp of the Law Office) sent by registered mail simply thrown into the mailbox !!! I was at home all day, there was no intercom. My apartment is not subject to any quarantine, moreover, about two weeks ago the postman did not hesitate to provide me with a referral from Allegro. However, a letter from a lawyer can of course be left this way. By the way, I wonder who signed the pickup. Anyway, this is not the first time! I do not intend to leave this case and call on the management to intervene in this institution. Just as I emphasize, please do not touch the ladies at the windows - they do a really good job and are not responsible for the incompetence and laziness of postmen.

The facility in which it is difficult to do anything efficiently ... Of the few windows available, they only work 2. The only plus is the ladies working there, especially the always smiling Mrs. Marysia.
