Evaluation only as a customer approach. In November, I placed an order, I received a completely different purse than the one I wanted. I contacted by email, I sent a photo. Unfortunately, from November 29, I have not received any reply. I did not have the opportunity to exchange, the return would be associated with additional costs on my part, although it was not me who made a mistake. It was my first shopping, but definitely the last one. Approach to the client - embarrassment. I do not recommend.
