I wish I'd read the reviews of this store before visiting it. Customer service is below 0 ... Respect for the customer is a very distant topic for service personnel. Today I was asked to leave the shop because I came with my bicycle. Well, it would seem that the sight of a bicycle in a bicycle shop should not surprise anyone, but ok, I followed the recommendations and stood outside. And what? I waited, waited, two people came after me, who (sic!) Had been served before me. The staff showed interest in me only after my intervention. Instead of simply serving me in the world, the Lady decided to enter into an unnecessary discussion. Well. I will not allow someone to earn money who does not respect the client and his cash. I'm going to the competition and I will advise everyone against this store !!!!

A shop with a soul, just like the owners. They are completely devoted to their work which is both their passion and way of life. It is worth visiting this place before it disappears from the Zgierz map.

Nice and matter-of-fact service. The owner is helpful in every matter. We bought 3 bikes there - we are very pleased :) I recommend!

Drama nobody has zero time to exchange anything. The gentleman who repairs bicycles is not kind and taciturn. This is my opinion, generally, in one word DRAMAT. Lack of any respect You probably don't know what that means. Worst service in town. I do not recommend!
