Decided to have a swim at the place after few months break, came on purpose from the centre of Lodz, but the lady at reception of swimming pool refused to let me in for not having the mask with me.

A lot of information is not in English. Some staff couldn't speak English but got help by other guests. The staff were smiling and trying to help all the time. The restaurant manu has limited selections for guests like us staying for many days. The safe box is super hard to use and doesn't work in the end in our room.
Calm and quiet compound, swimming pool and sports facility has long opening hours and very well maintained. Affordable price. The restaurant has very delicious and high quality food. The waiters were fully dressed and professional.
