Nice service. Prices are affordable, but the waiting time for an oil change of 2.30 minutes is probably a bit too long considering that I had an appointment. Waiting place to pick up the car = sad and cold in the showroom ....!

Well deserved comment. I left the car for a few simple service topics and making the exhaust manifold. It took them 5 months !. It would have taken longer if I hadn't fought with them regularly in the last month. I am a very calm person so please imagine what state I have been brought to. They do not answer cell phones. You have to call the landline. They replace the parts with the old ones and then suggest replacing them with new ones. Fortunately, I had photos from under the hood and could prove an attempted cheating. They are charging for things they haven't replaced or done. The manifold is made so that it rests directly on the inlet system (it heats the intake). I had to fight to lower the cost. They stole the tube connecting the intake to the DV. After the admonition, they put in another old one, which soon fell apart. I left the service center on a towline, even though I was assured that I would leave in a working car. I picked up the car dirty and with a half tank, although I gave it back clean and with a full tank. This car in the middle of the reservoir around the city will do 200 km. Where they went and for what purpose - I do not know. The service activities did not require it. The car was not tuned. A map was uploaded on which the engine had a serious failure (a hole in the piston and bent valves), even though it was supposed to be start-safe. The car was never overloaded on this map. It crashed in second gear at about 3000 RPM with slightly pressed throttle. I picked up the car on the start map, because it turned out that for full tuning, however, you will have to pay twice as much as in the initial valuation. It ended with a replacement combined with an engine repair and tuning in another workshop, which took 3 weeks for comparison. Idczak washed his hands and, as they put it, "We do not consider the whole situation to be our fault".
